Terms of Service
Effective September 28, 2026
These Terms govern use of the StateCourse AI plugin, MCP service, and related account features provided by Statecourse LLC (“StateCourse”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to access. Access to some features depends on an existing StateCourse entitlement purchased outside ChatGPT. The plugin does not sell subscriptions or other digital goods inside ChatGPT.
Permitted use
You may use StateCourse AI to research licensing requirements, assess provider readiness, develop original course materials, prepare submission packages, and receive educational guidance. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, entitlements, tenant boundaries, source controls, timing or attendance controls, biometric or identity safeguards, or other security measures.
Protected content
You may not use the service to extract or reconstruct protected courses, question banks, answer keys, reviewer-only materials, confidential references, or another customer’s data. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant StateCourse the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service.
Regulatory and educational limits
StateCourse AI provides research and workflow assistance, not legal advice, regulatory approval, licensure, course certification, or a guarantee that a regulator will accept a submission. Users remain responsible for reviewing current official sources and obtaining professional or regulatory guidance where appropriate. The service will not mark work READY when required evidence or current-source verification is missing.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid StateCourse AI plans are purchased and managed on StateCourse-owned web properties and processed by Stripe. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any refund terms shown at checkout control the transaction. Access changes are based on verified server-side billing events, not browser success screens.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, apply usage or safety limits, or restrict access to protect users and the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. StateCourse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the amount you paid StateCourse for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using or disconnect the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or attempts to circumvent protections. Provisions concerning ownership, protected content, disclaimers, liability, and legal obligations survive termination.

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Questions may be submitted through StateCourse AI Support.
